The Foundation Focus program is a tailored 3‑month, one‑on‑one personal training journey designed to correct muscle imbalances, address nagging injuries, and restore your body’s natural alignment. You’ll train three times per week with a dedicated coach who will guide you through targeted exercises and corrective strategies, helping you: • Identify & correct muscle imbalances that limit performance or cause discomfort • Reduce pain and improve joint stability • Enhance movement control for everyday ease and athletic performance • Build a stronger foundation for long‑term health and fitness By the end of the 12 weeks, you’ll move with less pain, more confidence, and greater control over your body — ready to take on life’s challenges with strength and ease.
