Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Services
Training sessions and sport massages are separate services, each with distinct values and durations. The standard durations for services are as follows:
• Personal Training: 60 minutes per session (120 minutes for extended sessions)
• Sport Massage: 60 minutes per session
2. Special Offers
Special offers, such as hybrid cards featuring mixed services or reduced durations, are designed as introductory or transitional options. These offers are not equivalent to standard service packages and should not be considered interchangeable. Each special offer will clearly specify:
• Duration of each service included
• Number of credits provided
• Expiry period (e.g., 6 months from purchase)
3. Credit Usage
Credits must be used exclusively for the service type and duration specified within the offer. Transfer of credits between massage and training is not permitted unless explicitly stated within the offer details. If conversion is allowed, it adheres to the equal time principle outlined below:
• 30-minute massage credit = 30-minute training credit
• 2 credits = 1 full 60-minute session
• 4 credits = 1 extended 120-minute training session
4. Conversion Policy
Conversion between services is only allowed at equal time value. Any upgrade, such as converting credits into longer sessions or memberships, requires a top-up payment at the current standard rate.
5. Membership Integration
Clients may opt to convert remaining credits into a discounted entry for a monthly membership. Memberships include:
• Personalized training plan
• Fitness app access
• Defined number of training sessions per month
6. Transparency & Client Care
All offers will be documented in writing, either digitally or on paper. Clients will receive a clear explanation of:
• Service values
• Conversion rules
• Expiry dates

3. Services Provided
Membership grants access to Power Recovery Therapy sessions, which may include one or more of the following:
• Active Recovery Massage: Light-to-moderate pressure and guided movement to enhance circulation, reduce soreness, and maintain mobility.
• Trigger Point Therapy: Focused, sustained pressure on muscle knots to relieve referred pain and restore function.
• Cupping Massage: Movement of suction cups along muscles to increase blood flow, release fascia, and speed recovery.
• Static Cupping with Movement (Functional Cupping): Cups remain in place while the client performs guided movement to improve flexibility and mobility.
• Deep Tissue Massage: Slow, firm pressure targeting deep muscle layers to relieve chronic tension and improve posture.
• Ultrasonic Massage Gun Therapy: Percussive and ultrasonic vibration to improve blood flow, reduce stiffness, and accelerate recovery.

5. Payment Terms
• Monthly Auto-Pay: Fees are charged automatically each month on the same date (sign-up date or the 1st of the month).
• Upfront Payment: Members may pay the full contract amount in advance.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Credit/debit card, SEPA direct debit, or bank transfer.
• Advance Billing: All payments are processed in advance for the upcoming month’s services.
• Failed Payments: Must be resolved within 7 days to avoid service suspension.
• Early Termination: Allowed only for medical incapacity (with doctor’s note) or relocation more than 30 km away. Otherwise, a cancellation fee equal to the remaining months’ balance or one month’s fee (whichever is lower) applies.
• Renewal: Memberships auto-renew unless cancelled in writing at least 30 days before renewal.
• Suspension/Freeze Policy: Memberships may be frozen for up to 1 month per year for travel, illness, or injury with notice. Contract end date extends accordingly.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable once processed, except where required by law.
• Missed Sessions: Sessions do not roll over unless previously agreed.
• Late Payment Fee: €10–€20 for overdue payments.
6. Terms & Conditions
• Membership Start and End Dates: Begin on [Start Date] and conclude on [End Date] per selected plan. Freeze periods extend the contract end date.
• Cancellation Policy: Early cancellation only for medical incapacity (doctor’s certificate) or relocation beyond 30 km, with at least 30 days’ written notice.
• Liability Waiver: The Member acknowledges physical contact may involve minor risks (temporary soreness, bruising, or discomfort), confirms all health conditions are disclosed, and releases Power Barbell GmbH from liability except for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Member Responsibilities
At membership start, the Member and therapist will set clear recovery and performance goals. The therapist may recommend exercises or self-care routines to support these goals.
• Recommended exercises are essential for effective recovery and complement in-session treatments.
• Consistent adherence to these recommendations will accelerate and enhance results.
• Failure to follow recommendations is solely the Member’s responsibility, with any delays or limitations in recovery not attributable to the Provider or staff.
8. Code of Conduct
• Treat therapists, staff, and fellow members with respect and professionalism.
• Arrive punctually for appointments; late arrivals may reduce treatment time without fee adjustment.
• Maintain personal hygiene suitable for close-contact treatments.
• Inform therapists of any changes in health, injuries, or discomfort.
• Observe all safety instructions and facility guidelines.
• Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate membership termination without refund.
9. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellation Policy
• Scheduling: All sessions must be booked in advance via the booking system, phone, or in person.
• Cancellation Notice: At least 24 hours’ notice required to cancel or reschedule appointments.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If less than 24 hours’ notice is given or the session is missed, a fee is added to the next monthly payment:
• Restart 3: €53.75 per missed/late-cancelled session
• Strength 6: €46.25 per missed/late-cancelled session
• 365 Recovery: €43.75 per missed/late-cancelled session
Exceptions may be made for genuine emergencies at the Provider’s sole discretion.
10. Confidentiality and Privacy
Member data will only be used for service provision and administration and is protected according to applicable data protection laws.
